EMEA Payroll Administrator- Bracknell - £22000 - £25,000 per annum

An impressive global business based in Bracknell. This fantastic business are currently undergoing some exciting changes that will give their staff the opportunity to further progress with the company.

The role

This successful and ever-growing business are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their strong & busy team. As the Payroll Administrator, you would be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA. Other duties will include:

  • Managing admin tasks around UK Benefits

  • Raising of PO's

  • Compile and ensuring all required overtime information is received from all departments in time for payroll deadlines

  • Management of sickness & absence and highlighting to HRBP

  • Management of starters and leavers

  • Running reports

  • Completing employee expenses for senior managers

  • Compiling data for P11d's

  • Raising manual payment request forms

  • Data Entry

What you'll need to be successful

With experience already gained and having already worked in a similar role, you will also need to have:

  • Previous experience or an understanding of Payroll

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Proficient Excel skills (V look ups & pivot tables)

  • The capability to manage a busy workload
