Payroll Administrator - £25,000 - £26000 - Theale (Hybrid)
The Company
A fantastic SME business based in Theale are looking to expand their team and are keen to secure someone with experience in Payroll to join them.
The Role
- Support the Payroll Manager across circa 1000 employees in the UK and Europe
- Work with the HR team and utilise the attendance management system on absence and holiday reporting
- Handle any queries relating to payroll
- Manage onboarding administration including starter paperwork from the point of employee start date
- Calculate statutory calculations
- Liaise with managers and HR to gain payroll information
- Upload pension scheme contributions to pension providers including NEST and enrol employees to the auto-enrolment scheme.
- Seek and identify opportunities to improve & enhance current processes
- Participation in Payroll projects as required
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous payroll experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong administration skills
- Good communicator
- Calm under pressure
