Payroll Administrator, Oxfordshire, up to £30,000

The company

An exciting opportunity to work for an established business based in a shared service centre in Oxfordshire as a Payroll Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional that is looking for a challenge. Please note that this is an office-based role.

The role

  • Processing end to end payroll for circa 5000 employees within the team
  • Employee query resolution via email and telephone
  • Manage accurate data submissions
  • Ensure payroll and pensions legislation is met in line with HMRC
  • Maintain correct employee data, liaising with HR
  • Calculate SSP, SNP, SMP and 0 hour contracts

What you will need to be successful

  • Hold a CIPP qualification or be qualified by experience
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Working experience within a payroll department
  • Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
