** Part-Time Interim Senior HR Advisor (Regional) - Reading/South - 6 Months Initially - £200 - £250 per day **

The company & Role

Wade Macdonald HR are looking for a Part time Interim HR Generalist initially for 6 months. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR BP on staff performance/capability issues mainly, but also assist ad-hoc with the recruitment side of things.

This will be based in Reading (and home based) but travel will be required to 4 other sites in the South. You will work with the HR BP in improving staff performance and you will part of the HR performance team. This could potentially be 3 days per week although these may be different days each week to suit the work. You will be required to attend meetings to support managers through the process and to work with the HR BP to ensure there is a consistent approach.

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate will be a solid HR Generalist with strong performance management and recruitment experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills and be confident to challenge managers where necessary.
