Part- Time HR and Payroll Assistant - 22 Hours Per Week

Hybrid after probation

27,000 pro rata

The company

Impressive organisation with a professional offices and a lovely working environment are seeking a part time HR and Payroll Assistant to join them working 22 hours per week (flexibility required on days and hours worked).

The role

Working in a small team and supporting your colleagues this is a permanent part time role for 22 hours per week.

Duties will include;

Running payrolls

Ensuring payroll information is accurate and updated with any relevant changes in bonus payment, salary increases

Ensure that benefits are being administered correctly with childcare vouchers and cycle to work

Prepare pension schedules and process changes

Update HR records including sickness, holiday and any amendments

Within HR this role will see you maintaining a spreadsheet and ensuring that information on new staff

Organise staff recognition awards

Assistant with recruitment including arranging interviews and testing

Prepare paperwork for both new starters and leavers as required

Ensure that new staff are set up on the system

Ensure references, offer letters and contracts are all set up in the correct files

What you will need to be successful

Part-time Payroll & HR assistant -22hrs per week but the business are looking for someone who can be flexible and change days and hours, as and when required. Initially home based this role will be hybrid working after probation.

A busy role would suit a well-organised and proactive individual with good communication skills who is able to handle a varied set of duties and take on more responsibility in the future.

The successful candidate must have experience in running monthly payroll, ideally using ADP and have experience in dealing with HR policies and procedures.
