Part Time Finance Administrator (30 hours per week) -£17,000 - £18,500 - Thatcham

The company

A well-established national business based in Thatcham. Due to continued growth this fantastic business are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly busy team.

The role

The duties of the Finance Administrator will include:

  • Assisting with the petty cash
  • Management of purchase order processing
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger reports
  • Reconciliation of invoices
  • Assisting with company payroll
  • Handling internal and external invoice queries

What you will need to be successful

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE grade C or above for English & Maths
  • Previous or similar experience
  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Previous knowledge of dealing with cash and reconciliations
