Part Time - Finance Administrator

Basingstoke

Permanent role

£17000-£18000 pro rota

The company
I am working with a well established company who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week.

The role

Working closely with the finance team and assisting them to prepare and analyse data as well as:

  • Prepare client payments

  • Resolving and responding to queries to the agreed service level, accurately and legibly in line with departmental standards

  • Manage client schedules ensuring consistency and uniformity

  • Carry out monthly and quarterly reconciliations

  • Assist in the coding of invoices

What you'll need to be successful

  • Level 5 GCSE (High grade C) or above in Maths and English as a minimum with 8 GCSE passes in total

  • Previous experience working data and numbers

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good time management

  • Intermediate level of Excel
