Part Time - Finance Administrator
Basingstoke

£17000-£18000 pro rota
The company
I am working with a well established company who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week.
The role
Working closely with the finance team and assisting them to prepare and analyse data as well as:
Prepare client payments
Resolving and responding to queries to the agreed service level, accurately and legibly in line with departmental standards
Manage client schedules ensuring consistency and uniformity
Carry out monthly and quarterly reconciliations
Assist in the coding of invoices
What you'll need to be successful
Level 5 GCSE (High grade C) or above in Maths and English as a minimum with 8 GCSE passes in total
Previous experience working data and numbers
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong attention to detail
Good time management
Intermediate level of Excel
What you'll receive in return
