Part Qualified Finance Officer (Charity) - Oxford - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The role

As the Finance Officer you will manage the financial and grant funding of the business programmes.

The duties of the Finance Officer will also include:

  • Management of due diligence rules,

  • Support budget development and lead on monitoring of actuals against budgets

  • Be responsible for internal and external financial reporting

  • Liaise with sub grantees and partners to ensure timely submission of reports

  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Senior Finance Manager

What you'll need to be successful

With experience already gained and in your finance career you will have experience in the above duties. Working in a team you will need to have:

  • Previous experience within a charity or not for profit organisation

  • ACCA/CIMA part qualified

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Proficient Excel skills (Knowledge of Macros is beneficial but not essential)

  • The capability to manage a busy workload

  • A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
