Organisational Psychologist - HR / Talent Acquisition Team

Reading, Berkshire - hybrid working

45,000 - 55,000

The role

Working with the Lead Psychologist you will support them and the role will include:

Creating best in class assessment services

Using your background in psychology to bring new ideas

Manage relationships

Communicate with stakeholders ensuring they are "on the journey"

Support the ongoing use of psychometric assessment

Act as a subject matter experience

Support the HR and Talent teams with solutions ensuring constancy

With the assessment elements being able to identify what works, what doesn't, how you engage teams

What you will need to be successful

The business are looking for someone with a background in Psychology and more specifically occupational / organisational psychology. An ability to train, talk with people across all levels of a business and pull together for the both the leadership team and wise business.

A background of working with the HR function or Talent Acquisition would be a distinct advantage.
