The company

Working for a reputable organisation who are keen to appoint an Office Manager and Hr administrator to join them and be part of the heart of the organisation and a real asset.

The role

This is a hands on role and has several elements which would be make it an interesting one including and will really be accountable for the efficiency of the organisation:

Duties include:

Assisting with HR - organising training, holiday requests, appraisals

Organising travel for senior management team

Being involved in organising events for the organisation

Reception duties


Working with suppliers and ensuring there are enough supplies in the office

Working with the facilities manager to ensure smooth running of the office / building

Managing health and safety

Reviewing building insurance, car insurance and other insurance policies

What you will need to be successful

To be considered for this role you will need:

Diary management experience

Office management experience

Have dealt with administration

Show good organisational skills

A positive attitude

Be professional

Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
