Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner for a rapidly growing consulting and administration firm based in Reading. Our client has doubled in size over the last two years and due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for supporting senior leaders within the business in analysing and understanding divisional and group financial performance. Annual budgeting and regular re-forecasting exercises. Month-end reporting process. Including journals, P&L reports and variance analysis. KPI Analysis and proactively seek and implement improvements to financial processes.

The successful Management Accountant will be a finalist / qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent Accountant). You will have previous experience in a business-partnering role within a PLC and or fast-paced environment. Experience with a professional services business is highly beneficial. Excel skills: capable of using pivot tables, SUMIFS and Vlookups are essential. You will be a self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to develop and improve processes.
