The Company & The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an impressive organisation who are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team. Working with the L&D team to enhance, develop and deliver both digital learning across the UK for the business as well as face to face and more traditional training.
This is a hands-on role in which you will work with other specialists and provide learning and training solutions across the UK. The role includes:

  • Carrying out capability assessments across the teams.
  • Designing blended learning solutions.
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
  • Designing and facilitating a range of learning interventions - face to face and/or online, including technical and behavioural programmes.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and other functions to deliver first class learning to all our retail colleagues
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to colleagues at all levels
  • Administer and manage the Digital Learning Platform
  • Support and advise on the apprenticeship's programmes across the business
  • Review, update and advise on the developmental programmes that are delivered across the colleague population
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Creating a coaching culture in the organisation.

What you will need to be successful
You will need a background of working of Learning and Development and be able to demonstrate a background of delivering both more traditional training and digital learning methods. This is a fast moving, multi-site operation and so the client is looking for someone who has worked in this capacity previously.
