Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk - £24,000 - £27,000 - Uxbridge

The company

A fantastic global business in Uxbridge. This well-established organisation have relocated & centralised their transactional finance function, they now have an urgent requirement for an Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Italian language skills as well as learn and progress in a supportive finance team.

The role

The duties of the Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk would include:

  • Processing high volumes of multi-currency invoices

  • Resolution of internal and external supplier queries

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements

  • Assisting with bank reconciliations

  • Assisting with month end closure

  • Any other ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

  • Fluent Italian speaking

  • Previous experience of accounts payable/purchase ledger

  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V look ups & Pivot tables)
