International Recruitment Manager - Maidenhead
Up to £45,000
Our growing client is seeking an International Recruitment Manager to join their team; this is a newly created role due to their continued growth. This role will be to working alongside the Internal Recruitment Manager and the Recruitment Co-ordinator to identify geographical areas where they need to expand.
Quickly get up to speed in order to speak eloquently about the client and what they do and how they do it
Develop a brilliant network of contacts in the industry
Use your curiosity to stay abreast of what's happening in the industry and your field of expertise
Find people across the globe
Develop relationships and ensure they are highly engaged throughout the recruitment process
Design and deliver top quality assessment activities and events using virtual tools and techniques
Recruit for immediate client programmes as well as build a pipeline for the future
Share all of your amazing insight with colleagues to help continuous learning and evolve what the client does and how.
To be considered for this role:
Experience of successfully leading international recruitment activities and demonstrable understanding of different cultural considerations.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to network on an international level
Good interviewing, coaching and questioning skills
Strong stakeholder management, communication and engagement skills
Good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and use of social media for recruitment in different international regions
Multi-lingual capabilities (desirable)
Level A & B in Psychometric Testing (desirable)
