The Company & The Role:
I am pleased to be working with a global tech business who are looking to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a 12 Month FTC initially. This role could eventually go permanent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer stage. You will report to the EMEA HR Manager and be working closely with the HR team and Line Managers to provide the best possible support to the recruitment process. The position carries out responsibilities in the following function areas:-

  • Recruitment and resourcing
  • Screening, selection and first round interviewing
  • Working closely with line managers to understand the brief of what is required
  • Offer documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding
  • HR system management and reports.

What you will need to be Successful:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years experience in recruitment and you will be a real people person with a 'can do' attiitude.
