** Interim to Permanent HR Manager - 3 to 6 Months Interim - Fully Remote - £250 to £350 Per Day Depending on Location **

The Company & the Role
I am delighted to be partnering with a great tech business who are looking to recruit an interim to permanent HR Manager, 3 to 6-months initially. The ideal candidate will be happy to 'muck-in' at all levels and initially be responsible for all HR activities associated with the employee life cycle for mainly the UK and Ireland. The position will manage HR operations including hiring, coaching, employee relations, compensation, employment law, compliance, benefits, terminations, mergers and acquisitions and ensuring they are delivered in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You will report to the HR Director, EMEA. Key features include: -

  • Partner with other EMEA HR colleagues, Directors, and Managers from the business on the recruiting and new hires process.
  • Manage the full cycle of onboarding to include paperwork background checks, benefits, the onboarding process, new hire reporting, payroll input, new hire orientation, background checks, and benefits.
  • Manage the in-country required statutory reporting
  • Track and maintain the car lease scheme and develop policies/processes to ensure compliance
  • Partner with country accounting teams on financial, HR matters and payroll.
  • Prepare and roll out policies/procedures relevant to the country.
  • Establish guidelines and manage Leaves of Absence according to the regulations of each country.
  • Review benefit plans for each country.
  • Ensure that the benefits are cost effective and meet the needs of our employees
  • Assist with the performance review/merit program, coaching and advising managers
  • Work closely and manage two HR Interns on projects
  • Budget, research and develop a Training and Development programs
