** Interim Sales Administrator - Paying c£28k+ dependant on experience - Near Oxford +12m contract **

I am working exclusively with a successful and established Business based in South Oxfordshire.

They are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a fixed term contract to support the sales function within this growing business. The purpose of this position is to provide general administrative support to the Sales staff and internal Management team.

This will be a 12-15 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. If you are available to start at short notice and have experience within the responsibilities listed below please get in touch ASAP - you will receive a full hand-over as part of this assignment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ordering Equipment
  • Processing Sales Tickets
  • Processing Finance Quotes
  • Raising Finance Documents
  • Invoice Finance liaison
  • Processing Stock Orders
  • Allocating Payments
  • Supporting the Finance Manager/Directors
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Supporting Adhoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working within a Sales Administration role.
  • Be available at short notice and with the aim of completing a 12 month+ contract
  • A "Can-Do" attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc with the ability to quickly learn to use new, previously unfamiliar software)
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

Interviews will be done remotely initially. My client has worked operated at full capacity the way through the last 12-13 months and remain a stable and established option for a candidate who is looking for stability in a busy, varied role.
