The Company & The Role:
Working for an innovative global business in the clinical research sector, this super busy role will be based from home initially. In this role you will be supporting the Senior Recruitment Partner. You will be involved in sourcing and interviewing candidates.

Key Features Include:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process. This includes not only the end result hire, but also; relationship building, creating talent pipelines, interviewing, coaching and partnering with hiring teams to continue to raise the bar on the calibre of talent the company attracts and employs.
  • This role will have the ability to directly partner with the hiring teams and understand their business, their roles and have a direct impact on filling the vacancies in a timely and cost effective manner.
