** Interim HR Transition Associate (Workday) - 6 Months Initially - Home-based/W London - £325 Per Day Inside IR35 **

The Company & The Role
Working for a leading global life sciences business, the Interim HR Transition Associate will report in to the HR Business Leader and have experience with Workday. The HR team are going through a period of change and transition to a new HR Operating model so require an extra pair of hands to assist with change management/comm's on the new ways of working. Key objectives: -

  • To ensure operational delivery of the HR Transformation Project for UK and Ireland and other key projects within the HR function. The role will report to the HR Business Leader and work in full partnership with the wider HR Team.
  • As a secondary requirement, this role may be required to step in as the change and comms POC for New HR Operating Model ensuring that the Change and Comms Roadmap is adopted/implemented as per agreed plan.

Operational Project Delivery

  • Runs WD audit reports to ensure data accuracy in WD and actions accordingly
  • Follow up on the re-organisation activities, supporting the implementation, including ensuring data accuracy in WD.
  • Support existing project work by taking ownership, building rapid rapport with key stakeholders and exploring future state, being clear on existing local HR team role and how this can transition.
  • Support administration of existing activities and add value by considering how to streamline and minimise touchpoints with existing team.


New HR Operating Model Change Management and Comms POC

  • Serve as a champion for new leadership development solutions; articulate relevance to new model and ways of working by running manager and employee sessions
  • Where appropriate provide feedback to leaders and management to help them improve their leadership and understanding of new model and ways of working

The ideal candidate will have experience in change projects and have Workday experience.
