** Interim HR Consultant - Berkshire - 10 Months - £300 per day **

The company & Role

Working for a prestigious financial investment business, the interim HR Consultant will integrate with the Senior HRBPs, the Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR) Project and the Business & Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will work on areas relating to SMCR, namely:

  • Policy review: e.g. capability, conduct whistle blowing

  • On-boarding: ensure recruitment and on-boarding processes support the need for assess fitness and propriety (including referencing)

  • Job architecture: ensure we have accurate up to job profiles and statements of responsibilities as required - if not draft

  • Employment documents: Review of employment contract provisions with our internal/external council

  • Review our appraisal process

  • Training design/comms design on changes relating to above and potential culture.

What you'll need to be successful

Be experienced in the entire employee life cycle. Is able to influence and communicate up to and including Executive Committee level (Regulatory Statements of Responsibilities for these individuals needs tightening up). Experience in a matrix style Financial Services organisation is a bonus, but not essential.
