** Interim HR Associate (Absence Management) - 11 Month Contract Initially - €23 to €25 Per Hour - Dublin **

The company & Role

Working for a global business, the HR Associate will be responsible for providing leave of absence support (maternity/adoption, paternity, sickness) for employees located in Ireland, Switzerland and the UK, as well as maintaining and reporting of sickness in Germany. This position will participate in a variety of tasks including: leave tracking, letter generation, system updates and other leave-specific processes. The Leave of Absence Representative will also be responsible for employee personnel file management.

What you'll need to be successful

* Experience in administration of Leave and Absence Programs and policies

* Analyse the Leave of Absence data and trends

* Self-motivated/ problem solver

* Strong Communication skills

* Up to date with Employment polices

* Confident /Proactive /Self-starter/adaptable

* Confident with Senior members of staff

* Excel proficient /Reporting
