** Interim HR Advisor/Officer - Outer Reading/Hybrid - Circa £135 to £145 per day + Holiday Pay **
The Company & The Role
Based in a beautiful rural setting, I am delighted to be working on a great new role for an interim HR Advisor role. It's based on the outskirts of Reading and it offers hybrid working. Working within the education & training sector, the interim HR Advisor will support the HR function in a generalist role as part of a team of 5. Key features include: -
- Be first point of contact regarding employment policies and procedures and responsible for guidance to employees ensuring adherence to employment policies
- Offering HR advice to line managers and employees
- Assist with ER issues and cases
- HR note taking during ER meetings
- Maintain personnel records and data
- Manage compliance in accordance with regulations, maintaining accurate records on HR system
- Assist line managers and understand their recruiting needs
- Assisting with the full recruitment cycle
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience working as an HR generalist/advisory role.
