The company & Role
Wade Macdonald HR is partnering with a fast growing tech business who are looking for an Interim EMEA HR Generalist for an initial 3 month assignment. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing, international business! Key features: -
Point of contact for employees and managers for HR related matters in several EMEA locations
Participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer oriented manner.
HR Administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee's recruitment until exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll related operations.
Enter and audit data in the HR Information System.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed.
Follow-up immigration procedures
Follow-up benefits enrolments and medical visits
Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team
Contribute to EMEA & Global HR projects.
What you'll need to be successful
The successful candidate will have a strong background in EMEA HR activities gained from working in the international arena. If you are someone who thrives in a fast paced and exciting environment, enjoys being hands on with lots of variety - this is the role for you!
