The company & Role

Working for a global technology business, the HRIS Analyst is a key position within the HR department and plays a vital role in the maintenance of HR data which enables the business to make data driven decisions. The role is part of the HR Operations Team of seven and will report to the HRIS Business Consultant. The team support a complex organisation of different business areas that span across Europe. The ideal candidate will maintain the flow of data between numerous HR systems, including Workday and SAP.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience of multiple HR systems for infrastructure, input and reporting

  • Attention to detail

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly Excel

  • Well organised and able to manage complex problems with good project management skills

  • Able to builds excellent relationships

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to disseminate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to use multiple systems and co-ordinate with local and global support teams

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Team player with data management experience and a 'can do' and flexible approach
