HR Specialist - Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid

Salary 45,000-52,000 plus bonus

Wokingham, Berkshire

The company

Are you an experience HR Advisor / HR Specialist / HR Business Partner ? available for fixed term contracts ? like to work in a role offering Hybrid (work from home 3 days per week)?. If so and you would like to work for an impressive business then this role may be of interest.

The role

This is a hands on role working as a HR Generalist this role will include:

Advising stakeholders

Management of ER casework

Providing advice and guidance on Hr policies and procedure

Ensuring paperwork is up to date and accurate

Ensuring the HR system is also maintained and kept updated

Delivering reports on key metrics across the organisation

Conduct on-boarding, inductions and exit interviews

Deal with queries and provide advice to employees and managers

Management of ER issues

Work on supporting the HR team with projects as and when they arise

What you will need to be successful

CIPD qualified

Experience of working in a HR Generalist role

Knowledge of case management and handling ER issues

Good communication skills

Strong administration and organisational skills

Sounds knowledge of employment law

Experience in using HRIS or ATS systems
