HR Specialist - Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Slough, Berkshire

30,000 - 35,000

Working for an solutions provider who are both well known and respected as a leader in their field this is a great opportunity for someone with good HR experience to join and be part of supporting both the HR team and the wider business.

The role

As a HR Specialist this role will include many generalist aspects and cover a wide remit within HR and the role will cover:

Employee Relations

Recruitment including potentially reviewing application, supporting interviews

Inductions and on-boarding new starters

Payroll - reviewing overseeing, starters. Leavers and contract changes

Headcount reporting

Health and safety

Keeping the HR system updated

Management of some reports and sickness records

What you will need to be successful

CIPD Qualified

A good knowledge and experience gained in a HR generalist role previously is required and an ability to demonstrate this experience. Self-motivated, flexible and able to meet deadlines you will be co-ordinating across the business and therefore you will need to have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work under pressure. Good excel skills and knowledge of HR systems would also be required.
