The company
Great business with so many plans for growth and already having undergone huge growth this year. Hybrid working is on offer (3 days per week in the office). Business is progressive, forward thinking Fin-Tech Start Up and is seeking to appoint a CIPD qualified individual with experience in HR in Fin-Tech.
The role
A hands on role in which you will support the HR Director as the structure of HR is being formed across the business.
The role will be exceptionally hands on and will see you being involved in
Recruitment, advertising and the full process including interviewing
Dealing with offers, contracts and all other required paperwork
Inductions and on-boarding
Assisting in various projects that will be coming up and these will include;
Review of comps and bens
L&D
HR systems
Well being
Definition of values
What you will need to be successful
This will be an exceptional role which will quickly see you developing and growing as you have the opportunity to involve yourself in the long term plans of the business.
You will need to have:
Background of working in Fin-Tech Start Up
Experience in HR
Recruitment experience
Experience of working with an ATS
Any experience in the other project areas would be beneficial but this client is looking for someone with drive, passion and the desire to learn and expand knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, an ability to build rapport and an energetic and focused individual.
