** HR/HRIS Co-ordinator - 12 Month FTC - Reading/Hybrid - £30,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits **

The Company & the Role (Must be a car driver)
Based in a picture-perfect rural setting, I am very pleased to be working with a great organisation who are looking to recruit an HR/HRIS Co-ordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will look after the day-to-day needs of the HR team by providing first-class administrative support and being the first point of contact for all HR and Recruitment enquiries. You will deal with queries from across the HR spectrum whilst providing administrative and processing support to the team.

You will act as the system administrator for the HRIS and will have a key role in the next phase of the project implementation. Key features include: -

What you'll need to be successful
This is a great opportunity for someone to come in, roll up their sleeves and make real impact! If you have 2 to 3 years HR experience along with HRIS skills and have an enthusiastic personality this role would be perfect!
