The company & Role

Wade Macdonald HR are partnering with a business in Slough to recruit their HR/Business Analyst. The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the People Strategy, in particular Talent Management, Engagement, Learning & Development and Reward. The role is focused on the insightful use of people/business data and analytics to inform business decisions. The role is to deliver value to the wider business through the use of various statistical tools and techniques from a variety of data sources both internal and external to the business.

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate will have very strong Excel, have used a visualisation tool such as Tableau or Power BI, have good project management skills and be highly skilled with data manipulation.
