HR And Recruitment Administrator

Salary 25,000-28,000

Wokingham (outside of town so need to drive)

Hybrid Working after probation

The role

This is a hands on role in which you will support the HR team and the role will include:

  • Deal with recruitment - arranging interviews, placing adverts and dealing with responses including sending out rejections

  • 360 employee life-cycle - including on boarding, off boarding

  • Dealing with employment checks - including references, dbs, right to work

  • Ensuring information is updated with regards to inductions, reviews, probation processes

  • Deal with queries

  • Ensure that hr system and all relevant files are kept up to date

  • Dealing with visa application and work permits

  • Booking training course

  • Keeping information such as annual leave, starters, sickness records up to date

What you will need to be successful

The role is based in the office 5 days per week and therefore would suit someone who is happy to work in an office full time.

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills

Good Outlook, Excel and Word

Good numeracy skills

Previous experience in admin and good organisation skills

Strong administration and organisational skills

Experience of working in a similar role that demonstrates your skills in HR and Recruitment
