HR Projects Specialist - with travel

Reading, Berkshire

Salary 30,000-40,000 - Flexible Working Offered

Our Client:

Superb opportunity to join an impressive business as they move forwards into their next stage of growth which will undoubtedly see them making additional positive changes across the organisation, as part of this they are seeking to appoint a HR professional with experience in projects to work with the senior leadership team.

The Role:

This role will offer someone a great opportunity to be involved in several areas and really be at the forefront of change within the business, the role will include but not be limited to:

Working with the group and supporting their growth and HR strategy

Actively project managing the Strategic HR projects, through all stages - such as design and roll out of HR applications and processes

Managing specific HR interactions throughout the future Group acquisitions - such as alignment and implementation of HR tools and programmes

Reviewing and improving processes and procedures

Reporting for the leadership team and ultimately the parent company which will include some proactive work in how these reports look, what they contain and ensuring they are in line with company objective

Enhance best practice

Regularly working and communicating with the different HR divisions/ team and Leaders so all approaches are joined up

The Successful Candidate:

Ideally CIPD qualified but applications also considered from those who are still in the midst of their studies. You will need to demonstrate a background in having dealt with projects in HR, with a good understanding of project management principles and successful project implementation.

The organisation is looking for someone proactive and able to work in a changing and high-growth organisation where you can really build the foundations for their future HR offering.

Working with the leadership across the business it is of course important that you have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

With a base in the Reading office, you will need to be flexible on travel and be able to accommodate travel to both London weekly and overseas potentially monthly (the international travel could become great once the business has made additional acquisitions).
