Wade Macdonald HR is working with a global company who is going through a huge amount of change. In this role your main priority will be to get the policy back up and running along with globalisation. The ideal candidate will have some policy development across EMEA.
Part of the Employee Relations team working collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, Group Functions and Operations to manage and deliver HR projects in support of the EMEA HR Priorities and Business Objectives.
Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic (compliance/legal in nature) requiring working with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas/functions
Delivery of Employee Relations initiatives
Provision of Employee Relations advice on industrial relations, business change and policy
Ensures the successful delivery of projects ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits, on time and with risks fully managed
What you'll need to be successful
Experience of drafting and updating employment policies
Experience of successfully managing multiple/complex projects through the project life-cycle
A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
Good understanding of employment law, its application and best practice.
Experience of coaching employees and managers on employee lifecycle processes
