** HR Project Specialist (Job Profiling) - 8 Month FTC - Bracknell/Hybrid - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits **


The Company & the Role:
Working for a well-established and progressive business, the HR Project Specialist will support the HR Project Lead and report to the HR Services Director. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of a project to review all job profiles, job titles and role position allocations. You will support the HR Project lead to successfully implement and deliver the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with the HR Directors and Project Lead to drive and support the design and implementation of the HR Job Profiles project
  • Liaise with key colleagues across all business areas to gather and analyse job related data, creating appropriate templates and associated role position allocations
  • Support the introduction of a new HR system combined with associated processes, procedures, training and measures which ensure all job profiles are created and maintained appropriately
  • Support the HR Project Lead and HR Services Director with internal data and Management Information creation and distribution
  • Ensure effective communication of the project across the wider HR team to support the initiatives

Experience Needed to be Successful

  • Experience within HR or an associated discipline with a working knowledge of HR Systems
  • Adept at working with project teams and stakeholders across all business functions and at third parties
  • Strong communication skills with experience of creating and supporting communication plans
  • Self-starting and able to get to grips with new projects and concepts quickly
  • Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high-quality output
  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, SharePoint and Project software
