** HR Project Manager (TUPE) - 12 Month FTC Initially - Bracknell/Hybrid - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits **

Our Client:
I am very excited to be partnering with an exciting and flourishing organisation who are looking to recruit an HR Project Manager (TUPE) who has the 'wow factor' to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience with TUPE, redundancies, restructuring etc. as there are several acquisitions coming up which you will take the lead on. You will be working in conjunction with a well respected Senior HR Director and be a true projects/change manager. You will have energy, be confident in decision making and happy to work at pace.

What You Will Need:
The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, confident, have gravitas and a 'get the job done' attitude. You will also have:

  • Experience with TUPE, redundancies and restructuring
  • Experience with developing roles, job evaluations and writing job descriptions
  • Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets
  • Resilient, approachable and confident
  • CIPD qualified ideally
