** HR Project Lead (Job Profiling) - 8 Month FTC - Bracknell/Hybrid - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits **

The Company & the Role

Working for a well-established and progressive business, the HR Project Lead will support the Project Manager and report to the HR Services Director. The ideal candidate will work with key stakeholders within the HR and wider business teams to successfully plan, lead and implement a project to review all job profiles, job titles and role position allocations. The role will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of the project within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work with the HR Directors and Project Manager to drive and support the design and implementation of the HR Job Profiles project
  • Liaise with key colleagues across all business areas to gather and analyse job related data, creating appropriate templates and associated role position allocations
  • Deliver a new HR system combined with associated processes, procedures, training and measures which ensure all job profiles are created and maintained appropriately
  • Line Manage HR Specialist(s), as required, to help deliver the project activities
  • To create and maintain key project documentation including:
    • Project scope/approach
    • Project plans and actions
    • Risk, issue, assumption, and decision logs; and
    • Shared project folders
  • Operate key project processes, including managing dependencies and deadlines
  • Schedule and write up project meetings (working group, steering group) and support the creation of materials for those meetings
  • Track and report project progress as required, liaising with work stream leads, specialist resources and third parties where necessary
  • To work with the HR Project Manager on the successful phasing and implementation of the project
  • Support the HR Project Manager and HR Services Director with internal data and Management Information creation and distribution
  • Ensure effective communication of the project across the wider HR team to support the initiatives

Experience Needed to be Successful

  • Experience working in a project environment as a Project Manager or HR lead
  • A proven track record within HR or an associated discipline with experience of implementing HR Systems
  • Adept at working with project teams and stakeholders across all business functions and with third parties
  • Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high-quality output
