The Company & The Role:
Wade Macdonald are proud to be working alongside a technology business who are looking to recruit a HR Operations/Team Manager to join the HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, supporting their development and ensuring that the HR function is running smoothly, so previous experience of mentoring and coaching a team is essential.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Previous experience of leading, mentoring and coaching an HR team
  • Excellent understanding of team management and development
  • Comfortable in working with cross function teams across the business
  • Solid HRIS experience
  • Experienced with rolling out HR processes, procedures and improvements
  • Previous 'hands on' HR experience and ability to handle escalations
