The company & Role

Working for a business services provider, the HR Operations Project Co-ordinator will be required to coordinate, action and close out the end to end HR Administration activities, working in support of the UK and global team in line with policy, procedure, audit and legal compliance. This will include the full employee lifecycle: on boarding, documentation management, query resolution, employee letters, supporting compliance audits etc.

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate will need to organised and detail conscious, whist also very customer focused and proactive in resolving queries. Needs to have experience of working with different countries and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
