HR Manager - Generalist

The company

Exciting time to join an impressive international business with continuing plans to continue growth over the coming years. Looking to appoint an HR Manager to oversee the UK HR function, this role would suit a hands on individual with solid experience in HR and in a generalist role.

The role

Great opportunity to join a really impressive business, duties will include;

Oversee both the UK and some International Payrolls

Year-end processing of payroll

Review of salaries and benefits for employees

Reporting headcount across the business

Reviewing and administering the stock option program

Recruitment including on-boarding new starters, sourcing candidates, interviewing (both pre-employment and exit interviews)

Ensuring that the HR system is up to date and information is accurate

Dealing with any ER issues that may arise

Be the point of contact for all HR related matters and queries in the UK, support management and the wider work force

Working on the improvement of processes and procedures to ensure more efficiency

Supervising 1 member of staff in the UK and 1 oversees member of the team

What you will need to be successful

A key appoint in the UK, this role is looking to appoint a CIPD qualified individual into the business. You will need to demonstrate a background of working in a HR Generalist role.

Problem solving, good communication are pre-requisites for the role together with the ability to communicate effective across the whole of the business and across all levels. Whilst they are looking for someone with experience there is also room for growth and an opportunity for someone to join and create new processes so someone keen to develop, learn and with enthusiasm would be great.
