About The Role:

The HR Generalist will be the first point of contact for managers and employees through the business advising them on HR queries on employee relations, policies & processes, recruitment and on boarding.

What You Will Need:

ER experience including advising on disciplinary and grievance issues

People focused with excellent interpersonal skills

A flair for developing employee engagement opportunities and driving a culture of excellence

Previous experience of the day to day management of the entire employee life-cycle
