You will be playing an instrumental role in creating a culture of excellence and creating the conditions for helping people be their 'best' selves. This means you will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and high energy 'people person'.

About The Role:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the hands-on execution of the day to day HR function and management of the entire employee lifecycle. They will act as a go-to person and trusted advisor to management teams and employees throughout the business, providing full scope of employment topics including but not limited to Employee Relations, HR Policies, Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Development, Benefits Administration etc.

What You Will Need:

  • Previous HR Generalist experience , ideally within a small HR function
  • ER experience including advising on disciplinary and grievance issues with the ability t o apply the relevant legal principles and risk assessment
  • Experience advising management teams on the entire employee lifecycle
  • Experience of working with cloud-based HR systems/ databases
  • CIPD level 3 or 5
