HR Compliance Officer

Kensington and Chelsea, SW London - full time office based

30,000-35,000

The company

Am impressive organisation currently seeking to appoint an HR Compliance Office to work with them in London (Chelsea region). As this role is within the education sector is does have a requirement for someone to be based working with the leadership and wider business community in the offices full time.

The role

This is a brilliant role for a HR professional who is very process driven and someone who is exceptionally well organised.

Working within the HR team and closely with the leadership team this role will include:

GDPR - ensuring that regulations are met and maintained

Ensuring data privacy

Conducting internal audits across HR

Deal with internal policies ensuring that they are up to date

Ensuring that you are conducting training with regards to compliance expectations

Producing regular reporting

Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure they are in line with compliance

Recruitment, working with the wide team and dealing with paperwork, inductions

Monitoring sickness records

Assisting with change as and when required.

What you need to be successful

Ideally CIPD qualified or perhaps working towards this professional qualification it is more important that you are used to working within compliance frameworks and ideally this would be in an education sector setting. You will need to be able to priortise, manage your time and be very accurate with information.
