The company

A well-established Global organisation are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner into their established Human Resources team. Collaborating with colleagues, leadership team the business are offering flexibility in hybrid working and a great working culture for someone with experience of working as a Human Resources Business Partner. This role will require someone to travel across the UK and Ireland to support the business leaders and occasionally this may be at short notice therefore flexibility is required.

The role

Working with senior management teams and collaborating with key decision makers this role will include:

Talent review and succession planning - working with the talent acquisition team

Assisting with workforce deign in

Dealing with any ER issues that may arise

Dealing with collective consultations

Presentations

Working with team members to review and be proactive in strategies for training to ensure growth of skills and retention of staff

Work with managers in reviews and appraisals

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practice

Work with metrics to understand trends

Lead change through employee engagement surveys

Working with integration of employees from acquisition

Supporting diversity agenda

Conduct training on processes and HR procedures, inductions and leadership

What you will need to be successful

You will have a background and record of accomplishment of working in HR and be collaborating with leadership teams and management teams to support the business. You will have working in a Global business and be used to working in a matrix environment.

You will need to demonstrate experience of collective consultations - working with the business to deliver and present when required

The business are looking for someone who can drive performance, initiative and programs ensuring that employee welfare is a priority.

Able to communicate effectively and also when needed influence people across the organisation

Interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver presentations in a clear and concise manner

Experience in general HR including staffing, appraisals, success planning, compensation, rewards, employee relations and talent acquisition.

Travel is required with this role (approximately 30%) and the business are looking for someone who is able to offer flexibility as given the nature of the role travel could be required at short notice.

The role gives you the opportunity to work for a great company based in Bracknell and real flexibility on hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) but of course flexibility for meetings will be required. In addition benefits include a 15% bonus and a comprehensive package.
