The company & Role

Wade Macdonald is working exclusively with a hi-tech business based in Windsor who are looking for an EMEA HR Business Partner to join their very busy team. Reporting to the Senior HR BP, this is a fantastic role to work for a corporate business that still has a family feel to it. There will be a small amount of travel once every couple of months. The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units across UK & EMEA. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

What you'll need to be successful

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have solid HR operational experience. You will be well versed in ER issues, mainly performance related and disciplinaries etc, as well as HR generalist duties including dealing with contracts for UK and EMEA. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, have a good level of drive, energy, have a flexible approach and be robust!
