** HR Business Partner (Diversity & Inclusion) - 6 Month FTC - Remote - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits **

Our Client:

I am very excited to be partnering with a hugely successful wealth management business who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner with some D&I experience to join their team! The ideal candidate will have energy, be confident in decision making and happy to work at pace. Key features include: -

· Work collaboratively and commercially, influencing the development and delivery of the D&I strategy in support of the achievement of the overall business objectives.

· Manage relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address D&I challenges across the Organisation.

· Support and project manage the effective implementation of D&I initiatives, minimising impacts.

· Understand the company's approach to compensation; challenges the compensation review and benchmarking activities across the group to ensure fairness and consistency.

· Create and contribute to D&I Policy and Process development to

· Design and deliver Management Information (MI), interpret results to identity trends which translate to D&I initiatives, present and interpret data to senior management.

About The Role:

The Senior HR Business partner will work closely with the wider HR and management teams supporting the delivery of key objectives. Providing pragmatic and commercially minded solutions this role will lead by example and support employees throughout the organisation.

What You Will Need:

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, confident, have gravitas and a 'get the job done' attitude. You will also have: -

· A passion for and knowledge of Equality and Diversity issues and topics

· Experience of delivering cultural change projects

· Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation

· Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.

· Resilient, approachable, and confident

· Gravitas and can build credibility easily
