The company & The role
I am pleased to be working with a hugely successful business service provider who are looking to recruit an HRBP for initially 9 months, there is potential to go permanent as well! The ideal candidate will be a confident 'doer' and partner with defined client groups to ensure they can effectively deliver against organisational goals. Supporting a group of 150 you will get involved with the generalist 'bread and butter' part of HR as well as dealing with the ER piece - redundancies, disciplinaries etc.

What you'll need to be successful

  • CIPD qualified, ideally
  • Previous experience at HR Officer/Business Partner level
  • Experience of managing a range of employee relations cases
  • Articulate and able to influence senior leaders within the business
  • Experience in managing international stakeholders & client teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
  • Adopts a collaborative style
  • Strong Excel skills
