About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a friendly and supportive HR team of four. Working closely with three to four Area Managers across the North, you will provide a commercially focused HR service, balancing operational employee relations responsibilities with wider people initiatives and business improvement projects.
This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced, multi-site environment whilst contributing to longer-term HR priorities.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
- Supporting recruitment, talent development and succession planning.
- Delivering HR projects, including restructuring, change management and process improvements.
- Driving employee engagement, retention and performance.
- Coaching managers and ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
- Using HR data to identify trends and support commercial decisions.
About the Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist with a strong background in hospitality or retail and ideally multi-site experience. Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex cases, is essential, alongside commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will be approachable, pragmatic and confident operating in a fast-paced environment.
