Our Client

Wade Macdonald is working alongside a growing property development business based in Beaconsfield who are looking to recruit a HR assistant to join their existing team. The HR assistant will be a key point of contact for all administrative duties across the group and will work closely with the HR manager.

About The Role:

The HR assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR team and wider client group including:

  • Carry out new starter administration including preparing offer paperwork within a timely manner.

  • Record and file new starter paperwork to ensure all documents are received and filed on personnel files.

  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference requests following up on receipt and any flagged areas where appropriate.

  • Assist in preparing induction packs for all new starters and scheduling meetings in advance of their starting when relevant.

  • Prepare letters in response to resignation letters with confirmation of end dates, annual leave and any company equipment to be returned.

  • Assist in managing the recruitment inbox, logging candidate details, forwarding candidates to the recruiting manager for shortlisting and filing emails in an organised and structured manner.

  • Arrange both telephone and face to face interviews for candidates, liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to confirm arrangements.

What You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a HR team

  • Good IT skills in Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Confidential and able to process highly sensitive data.
