The company & Role
Due to a heavy workload following an acquisition, this super HR Assistant role will initially be for 6 Months. You will be part of a busy, friendly team whose work ethic is work hard, play hard! The ideal candidate will provide efficient and effective HR and Payroll support across the business and throughout the employee life-cycle from on boarding to the exit process. You will work very closely with the HR Business Partners, Finance team and Payroll bureau. Key features: -

  • Creating contracts of employment
  • Setting up new starters and leavers
  • Amendments to terms & conditions
  • Dealing with benefits queries
  • Inputting payroll data on to spreadsheets and making amendments

What you'll need to be successful
This is a great opportunity for someone to come in, roll up their sleeves and make real impact! If you have 2 to 3 years HR experience, have an enthusiastic personality and eager to progress in your HR career, this role would be perfect!
