The company
With an enviable brand name this client has an excellent reputation in the market are seeking to appoint a HR Assistant into their global business.
The role
A hands on role in which you will be:
Assisting with processing of leavers, joiners and dealing with all relevant paperwork
Assist with recruitment
Keep information on the HR system up to day
Support the HR Manager
Respond to HR queries
Assist with the monitoring, reviewing and updating of HR policies
Ensure HR processes are followed in line with procedures
Suggest new systems and processes to improve how things are done
Ensure compliance with GDPR
What you will need to be successful
With excellent communication skills you will already have gained some experience of working in HR:
CIPD or studying towards CIPD
Experience already gained working in a global business
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Good IT skills
