Role: HR & Recruitment Assistant - Hybrid Working


Salary: 25,000-30,000

Location: Reading

A great chance to work with a company that have a superb reputation and have a great history built on many years of success. They are looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to join them and this role will be supporting the HR Manger.

The role:

A hands on role working with and supporting the HR Manager dealing with:

  • Updating and creating job descriptions
  • Advertise job ads on job boards, careers pages and social media channels
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Liaise with people inside and outside of the company
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files
  • Sourcing candidates for roles
  • Making sure the candidates are compliant
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding planning with department managers
  • Dealing with queries

What you need to be successful:

This is a great role for someone who has some experience in HR or Recruitment or perhaps both added to which they are looking for someone who has experience or knowledge within:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Onboarding processes.
  • Hr administrations

Good organisational and time management skills, an ability to work in a busy environment and come with a fast paced and fast moving business.
